Crypto Payments Integration

Chronos Ledger integrates seamlessly with Request Network to offer secure, transparent, and efficient crypto payments. This functionality allows businesses to both send and receive payments in cryptocurrency, providing flexibility for international clients and those operating within the blockchain ecosystem.

Key Features:

  1. Support for Multiple Cryptocurrencies:
  2. Chronos Ledger supports payments in popular cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDC, and other supported coins by Request Network.
  3. Users can choose their preferred cryptocurrency during invoice creation, providing flexibility for clients.

  4. Secure Payment Processing:

  5. All cryptocurrency transactions are secured through blockchain technology, ensuring payments are transparent, immutable, and traceable.
  6. Payments are processed through Request Network, which leverages decentralized payment processing to ensure that both the sender and receiver have a secure payment experience.

  7. Real-Time Payment Tracking:

  8. Payments made via cryptocurrency are tracked in real-time, allowing users to see when payments are sent, received, or confirmed on the blockchain.
  9. Notifications are sent when a payment has been successfully completed, and users can monitor the status of all transactions directly from the Invoicing Dashboard.

  10. Simplified Crypto Accounting:

  11. Chronos Ledger offers tools to convert cryptocurrency payments into fiat currency equivalents, making it easier for businesses to manage their accounting and reporting.
  12. Transaction history is logged with both crypto and fiat values for simplified tax reporting and compliance purposes.

  13. Low Transaction Fees:

  14. Cryptocurrencies often come with lower transaction fees compared to traditional payment methods like bank transfers or credit card payments, especially for international transactions.

  15. Multi-Currency Wallet Support:

  16. Users can add multiple crypto wallets to their Chronos Ledger account, allowing them to receive payments in different cryptocurrencies, based on the preferences of their clients.

How it Works:

  • When an invoice is generated, the user can select cryptocurrency as the preferred payment method. This automatically generates a payment request through Request Network.
  • Once the client makes a crypto payment, it is recorded on the blockchain, and the invoice is updated with the payment status in real-time.
  • Users receive notifications when payments are confirmed, and the payment is reflected in the Invoice History.

Use Case:

A web developer with international clients uses Chronos Ledger to receive payments in Bitcoin for completed projects. The client is invoiced in BTC, and once the payment is received on the blockchain, the invoice is automatically marked as paid. The developer can see the transaction details and real-time payment status in Chronos Ledger’s dashboard.
