Chronos Ledger follows industry standards to ensure the security of its users' data, payments, and access control.

Data Security:

  • Encryption: All sensitive data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit via SSL/TLS to ensure data privacy.
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): We implement RBAC to manage user permissions. Different roles (Admin, Employee, CFO, etc.) have specific access to different parts of the system, ensuring that sensitive information like payroll and financial data is only available to authorized users.

Compliance:

  • AML/KYC: For crypto payments, we ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations via Request Network. This helps secure crypto transactions and adheres to international anti-money laundering policies.
  • GDPR Compliance: We follow GDPR regulations for user data protection, ensuring that personal and financial data is handled with the utmost care, especially for users based in the EU.
